Ed Sheeran estrena canción y videoclip de "Boat"

El cantante Ed Sheeran ha estrenado una nueva canción llamada "Boat" que forma parte de su nuevo disco llamado Subtract (-) que está próximo a lanzarse el 5 de Mayo del 2023.

Ed Sheeran se manifestó en sus redes para describirnos como creó esta canción:

Escribí Boat en la costa inglesa, un lugar con elementos muy extremos en invierno. Básicamente se trata de sentirse muy deprimido y no saber cómo hacerte sentir mejor, pero estar determinado que no iba a ser el final. Las olas no romperán mi barco. Boat es básicamente una canción sobre la resiliencia, supongo. Sobre sentirte en tu momento más bajo de ánimo y cómo puedes llegar a superar esa situación. La terminé de escribir cerca de la costa inglesa que es una zona preciosa pero también algo fría y desoladora en invierno. Mientras componía la canción miraba el mar y esas gigantescas olas romper en la orilla. Me pareció que era una gran metáfora sobre mí, sobre lo que estaba pasando en ese momento. De ahí sale el verso de que las olas jamás romperán mi bote.

Hace unas semanas, Ed estrenó también la canción: Eyes Closed que formará parte de este nuevo disco, por tanto Boat es su segundo sencillo que presenta, aquí el video oficial:
